About the Author

Moro restaurant was born out of a desire to cook within the wonderful tradition of Mediterranean food, and to explore exotic flavours then little known in the UK. This book is great - we have all three Moro books (and are big fans of the restaurant), and this is my favourite. The flavour combinations are really intersting: the beet salad with pistacio nut dressing, for instance. as it is structured around their allotment garden, it is also really useful for working out what to do with heaps of garden produce.

This book is a little less focused and some of the recipes are a little less exact but so what? Like the other two Moro books, it's incredibly inspiring. You will head to the kitchen.
