AAre these books OK for a mature 11 year old? I am considering them for my neice and have ruled out Hunger games (too dark) and the House of Night series (too much sex). Twilight is passe now. Any advice is welcome! Thank you!

Kissing. That much is to be expected in a YA book. The only thing possibly a bit iffy is the romance between a supposed brother and sister. *spoiler* It turns out that it was all a big mistake, though, they aren't related.
