I work for one of the biggest banks in the country, dealing with peoples mortgage issues 5 days (sometimes 6) a week. Naturally the bank provides it's employees with endless resources to understand your job function. I just wanted to venture out and see what a homeowner will read to understand purchasing a home and keeping it.

The Mortgage Answer Book is such a great book if you are unsure how to go about purchasing a home. You do not have to know a thing about the industry before reading and understanding this book. Talamo explains the technical terms and what important questions must be addressed when shopping for your loan. Compact for all your mortgage needs - does not matter what part of the industry your looking at it from. I even learned a few things that I use daily at work.
