I have searched high and low for answers to important questions regarding the loan industry and found little or no information in the mainstream, until I found, "The Mortgage Originator Success Kit" by Darrin Seppinni. If you have any interest in becoming a loan officer or broker... this book is the only place to start.

I have been in the real estate industry for several years and have closed over fifty million in sales in the past two and half years. I decided to make the switch to loan broker this year and having this book and Mr. Seppinni's personal help have made the transition trouble free and an enjoyable process that could have otherwise been a nightmare. I highly recommend this book!

I've been a loan officer over 5 yrs now and bought this book for my new asst.Before I gave it her, I thought I would look it over, and was surpised to find a lot of information that even I was not aware of.I began my career without ant formal education and just learned on the way like most other l.o's. Everyone is always to busy to take the time to teach you anything and without a clear understanding of the mortgage business you're certain to make a lot of mistakes. This book really explains the entire mtg process in a clear way, and makes learning the business a whole lot easier.I only wish the book had been available early on in my career.I've decided to keep this book for my self and just order another book for my asst. Great Job

It's not often that I receive a book that truely exceeds my expectations but this one has. It was delivered three days ago and it was exactly what I was looking for but had not been on the market until now. I am a brand new loan officer and have been looking for a book that has all of the information I needed to establish a solid foundation of knowledge for my new career. I had already purchased four other books on mortgage origination, two of which were three times the price of this one. None had the information and quality of this one. This book is a hard cover (not that it matters but it is a nice touch) and is set up like a good text book, at a price of less than $30. I don't know how the price can be that low. The other books seemed like they had been put together in the author's basement. Anyway, this is the first review I have ever given for a book or item on Amazon but it is exactly what is needed for mortgage loan officers, especially those of us new to the field!

I just started work as a loan officer with limited origination experience. Everyone in our office is very busy and needless to say no one has time to train you. It is a sink or swim environment. I purchased this book on a Wednesday night and read the entire book by the time the weekend was over. It was so interesting and laid out so well that I just couldn't put it down. I walked in the office Monday a whole lot more knowledgable. What a wonderful study guide! Thanks.

This book really explains the how the mortgage industry really works. It is well written in plain English,and is very easy to understand. I would definitely recommend it to any new or aspiring loan officer.

I have never worked in the loan or real estate industry. I recently passed my real estate licensing and now moving into the Loan Origination arena. I needed a book before I attended my class on loan origination to get familiar with the industry and their lingo. With only 5 days before class, I found Darrin's book to study and get familiarized and because of it, I passed my class with a high score. My teacher is now interested in using Darrin's book for her training classes after learning why I did so well in the class.
Brilliantly and methodically written for any and all interested in the Mortgage Loan industry.

I just got the book in and I like what I see. Its well laid out and easy to read, a real good handbook. Anyone who reads this book will have a total understanding of the mortgage business. I will be buying a few more copies to give to some of my staff that I just do not have the time to train nor would I be able to give them all of the knowledge they would gain from this book.

This book is very good and very informative. For anyone in the mortgage business its a great text. However the title would seem to imply its more about marketing. Its really more about understanding the technical aspects of the mortgage business. They type of loans, how they work, how credit works etc. If you are looking for a great text to explain the details of the work then this is it. However dont let the title fool you. You will not find a book full of marketing strategy and techniques.

I HAVE BEEN A LOAN OFFICER FOR FOUR YEARS. I HAVE ADDHD DISABILITY. READING A BOOK OR NEWSPAPER LIKE A SLAP IN THE FACE. DARRIN J. SEPPINNI BOOK IS VERY EASY TO READ AND I ENJOY IT. THERE IS ALWAYS MORE TO LEARN IN THIS BUSINESS I SUGGEST KEEPING THE BOOKS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE NEXT NEW BOOK AND DVDS. THANK YOU DARRIN J. SEPPINNI!
