Just as advertised...
It's just as advertised. The only thing that could make it more useful would be to have lower interest rates available in case you want to figure something out like student loan payments, etc. Overall a good book.

Worthless
The publication advertised it was the latest updated version, but it is worthless. Mortgage interest rates are lower than the 5% this publication starts out at.

This is actually the second copy of this book that me and my husband have owned. We gave the first one away because a friend really wanted it! Its a nice book to have a reference for any loan. Quick and easy to use!
