I only tried this game because I was bored one day and wanted to play a seek-and-find style game. I was suprised to find that not only was this a seek-and-find, but it also had mini puzzles and games throughout that were fun and easy to play. I found myself playing and playing and actually being disappointed when I completed the game! This was an excellent find and well worth trying if you are looking for a little more than just a seek-and-find game.

I love these kinds of search puzzle games. In fact, I'm addicted to them! I played Spooky Manor for the first time a few months ago and I loved it! I have since played it again and again and I still have a lot of fun playing it. The graphics are wonderful. The items to search for run the gamut from being easy to find to down right maddening to find. However there is an excellent help system in the game that keeps you from getting too frustrated. I would have liked the game to be longer, but I hear they are working on a sequel. I'm looking forward to playing that one too! So if you like the hide and seek type of PC game, I highly recommend Spooky Manor. I loved it!

This game surprised me, I thought it was going to be a Disney type game coming from the Haunted Masnion side but it wasn't. This game made me feel like I was a little kid again in the doctors office playing the seek and find game in the Highlights magazine. It had great art work, multiple levels, and different style games.
Hands-down, the best hidden objects game yet!

It's a fun game! It was hard at first finding pieces of an object hidden the rooms. After a few times it was pretty easy though. I liked how you found items in one room that solved puzzles in another. Smart!
I only wished that when you finished going through the house that the next time through was a harder level. But it wasn't. All in all...fun, fun game!

This game is loads of fun to play. Click in error and get a funny surprise. The reason I gave it a 4 star was because it is really short. It should be twice as long. Also, the replay is only several times. I see where they are coming out with another game of this type in the furture. Hopefully, it won't be that short. I think they spoiled a really great game buy making it so short.

I loved this game but it was too short. I like a game to have more for the buck. Not sorry I bought this game but disappointed in how easy it was to solve.

Not your typical hidden object game!,

Better than your ordinary hidden object game! The hidden object screens are challenging without being impossible, the puzzles are fun without being frustrating! Different, yet still simple fun. The storyline is almost secondary to the game itself. The real fun is in the rooms. Instead of just finding the objects themselves, you are actually hunting for "pieces" of objects. Sometimes, the pieces are locked inside larger objects and you must figure out how to unlock and apply the piece. Sometimes, in another room! It's not as difficult as it sounds and it's a lot of fun! I finished the game in less than a week because I played every spare chance I got because it was so much fun! HIGHLY Recommend!

It's also on the easy side, both for the hidden images and for the puzzles. I would give it an age bracket of 8-10 years at the oldest as far as finding it a challenge. The biggest drawback, however, is that it is very very short. The shortest of any hidden object game I've tried so far.

This is a not quite your typical hidden picture game. The object of the game is to find pieces of items throughout a ghost-infested mansion and place or use the assembled objects in the appropriate spots thereby finding pieces of a machine that, when assembled and used, will rid the mansion of the ghosts.
Concept: 5 out of 5 - I liked the idea of finding pieces of items and then using them in various spots after they've been put together. Gameplay: 3 out of 5 - Generally pretty easy, though some pieces can be really difficult to find. I had to use 3 or 4 hints for some items that were really hard to see even when the hint guide showed me where they were. Length: 1 out of 5 - I finished the game in around 2 hours. It was not really any challenge. No replay value. The game is not at all creepy, though the background music is OK. Assembly of the machine happens automatically except for the last part. There is no time limit, so you can play at your leisure. You can proceed in the game only when all objects for the current level are found and used correctly. I might recommend it for a beginner or someone looking for a really casual game. Don't pay too much for it. I got it on sale for $10 but don't feel it was worth even that much.
