Great Tasting Cayenne Pepper,

I'm a huge fan of spicy food, but I don't like my food to be tastelessly spicy, I want it to have a chili-pepper flavor that complements the spiciness. While I've tried a lot of hot spices and hot sauces, the two I always come back to (for different foods) are Tabasco-style sauces, and cayenne pepper.
Of all brands of cayenne pepper I've tried, Morton & Bassett has the best flavor. In fact, prior to trying Morton & Bassett's cayenne I really didn't understand the distinct flavor cayenne had, I thought it was just spicy. |
