I purchased this product over the summer for my new cement patio. The product arrived without any problem and well packaged. It's solid metal, not a cheap product at all. I love looking at the flame in the hot summer evening sitting out on the patio. It's soothing and relaxing. The only problem I had was filling the oil. You would definitely need a fannel. And pulling the wick out did give me a bit of problem. If you pulled the wick too far out, it will be hard to push it back in. You will just have to deal with the big flame or cut some of the wick off. I will recommend this product and the seller who I have purchased a few backyard decor from there without any problem.
