I have found this very useful, but not only does it have things to look for during physical assessments, it also includes psychosocial things like developmental stages. I had a lot more info than I had expected and it has funny pictures!! I would recommnend it.

Didnt really use them like i thought i would in nursing school. There is plenty for nursing students to read w/o adding to the work load...good info though.
