This CD-ROM was a gift from a friend. I have never encounter such a comprehensive reviewer. You can easily refer the questions to related topic or review the topic being ask inorder to fully remember or understand a certain case. You can even watch a video on certain procedures and hear some sounds which you can never identify by just reading the description from a book (for example different lung sounds). Most of the CD or diskette that i have from other reviewer are just simply practice test with no rationally of the right answers. This reviewer did all that. It's not just simply a practice test but a reference book in a CD also. This what I can call a real comprehensive review.

This is a great cd-rom, it helped me to practice computer based format just like the state boards and I learned quite a bit. There were so many questions similar if not the same when I took my NCLEX. I finished my NCLEX in 40 min. and answered only 75 questions, I thank this CD-ROM.

This has great potential with loads of information available in an interactive format but there are flaws. I could not get the program to run right. Even when trying the helpful suggestion provided to work out the bugs the interactive video portions would not run. I spent a lot of money on this and wanted to use it for review before I took the NCLEX exam. I am glad that I did not limit my review to only this CD.

I felt being taken away from my study room to
the actual clinical setting of the cases mentioned.
Facts that usually takes a few days to gather from
numerous resources are precisely woven together
in one coherent and comprehensive resource.
For anyone taking the CGFNS or the NCLEX, my best
advice is for him/her to acquire this book and see
for themselves how it can transform the mind in to
ingesting new ideas. It is a friend written in the
pages of a book.
