Excellent book, superior picture and graphic, good explanations, If you want to buy an excellent book of semiology...here it is. The CD bring usefull information, and friendly interface for students. A recomendation for the Authors could be insert video of each maneuver and sign, as well as clinical interviews of each capital syndrome.

More explanations, more detail, even more color than its rival (Bates). However, lacking in the area of psychiatric diagnosis, which would have been immensely useful in the evaluation of "Robin of Lockslay"...

I am an autodact(self-taught), and it's often hard for me to find books that allow me to further my knowledge on my own. This book is a MUST HAVE for ANYONE intrested in the human body or in medicine in general. It provides you step by step procedures for locating parts of the human anatomy and how to examine them. The edition is a little old, but the information is still valid. #If you can, purchase the workbook when you get the guide.. it enhances and reinforces your knowledge!!!!!

It is a great guide for physical examination for students and physicians. It presents a great deal of knowledge of the diseases existing in the developed american countries.
