I love this book!
It is a good book to brush some knowledge on some teaching points. It has basic and important information for patient teaching on diseases, procedures and all kind of diets (foods high/low in).

I was told this would be a good book for homecare nurse to help with documentation. It weak, it should include HHA teaching also, and preventions

This book really helped me prepare for a first semester nursing class that required writing a care plan and teaching plan in the final. The book has most of the more commonly seen diseases, but loses a star because it lacks anything too exotic. Overall, a great primer for developing teaching plans and extermely helpful with the basics.
