For any nursing students struggling with the vocabulary of medicine, these will be very helpful for you. These cards are very well designed. They can be organized by body system, abbreviation, combining form, suffix, prefix, or any other combination that you may find helpful. They are numbered, color coded, and have easy to understand drawings and photographs. They also have holes punched through them and come with two rings, for portability and studying on the run, as most of us do.

The box that they arrive in says that they are fun, effective, and portable. I fully agree that they are effective. These work as long as you work at it on a regular basis. Are they portable? It depends on your perspective. The box is very heavy if you plan on carting the whole set around at once. It is easier to just take out what you need and leave the rest at home. I certainly would not categorize these as fun, though.

I am very pleased with the set of flashcards that I ordered. I enrolled in 2 medical classes one medical termonology which turned out to be quite challenging with covering a chapter a week lots of exercise, letcture. It was suggested that we purchase a dictionary at the local bookstore so I did. While I was there I noticed that flashcards were available in different price range and by different authors. I decided then to go on Amazon and get a used set.

This has been a very good investment as I have used the flashcards daily and I have aced every quiz and the mid term!

EXACTLY what anyone needs to gain knowledge base of Medical Terminology on large print, well explained, and colorful cards. Great product!

I find the flash cards to be handy and helpful. Easy-to-access storage, simple color coding of various catagories with clear descriptions and examples facilitate memorization. The cards travel well being made of heavier card stock and laminated.

I found these cards well worth the money! I was taking an online course in medical terminology that required me to make my own flash cards for each combining form, suffix, etc., it was extremely time-consuming! Then I found these online & decided to take a chance. They are great! Very big, colorful cards, most of which include an illustration. Definitely better than making my own!

These flash cards are quite helpful in refreshing my earlier training. Thank you for a good transaction and rapid shipment.

I am in medical school and this product has helped me immensely. I am suceeding with high honors and just love sitting and pulling flashcards as I go through the chapters in me studies and looking back at previous to keep in mind what have learned.
