These are not true Latin/Greek based medical terminology flash cards.

Commonly used words in human biology is a better description. I would put it at high school or first year level.
Otherwise it is colorful with nice disgusting associations and pictures which are always nice.

Premed or nursing students don't waste your money on this.

I am rally happy to purchase this book it helps me with memorization I bought all the books from mosby. The book alowes me to study in the car or bus. English is not my first language and this book helps me a lot :) I love the pictures

Having already taken Medical Terminology, I bought these cards for a friend who was struggling with the same course. They've been very helpful to her. They arrived in the mail a few days after placing my order (and with a 5 week course, 3 days is awesome!) Thanks.

Use these cards as supplemental to your studies. They are not simple flash cards but colorfully illustrated, cartoon-like, & somewhat amusing. Their explanatory text is clear. As illustrated, they provide another means of remembering the many aspects of medical terminology. If you are the overly serious type, you won't like them. If you are a visual learner, you will find them helpful.

It was easy to read, but seemed to be missing important information. However, it did help with the test.
