This book was very helpful. I actually never even opened the book I only used the enclosed CD-ROM which was absolutely excellent. It had more questions than I could have ever dreamed of finishing. The questions on the CD-ROM are separated beautifully into categories such as Med-Surg, Maternity, etc. as well as by question style (i.e review style, which are like questions you saw in nursing school; comprehensive exam style, which are NCLEX style questions). I highly recommend this book for your NCLEX study. I would also recommend first reading the Kaplan: Strategies for the NCLEX-RN exam.

This book is not for people who are searching for content review. This NCLEX-RN book is full of practice questions to help prepare for the exam only.

Mosby's book of review questions is set up in a similar format as other books. The questions are divided into chapters based on content, rather than the actual NCLEX test plan. This book is ideal for those that find they are weak in certain areas, and would like to focus their test questions on weaker areas.

This book contains a massive amount of questions. The questions are separated from the answers, which may mean a lot of flipping between pages. One nice thing about the format of this book was that each chapter had smaller fifty question quizzes.

The best thing about this book was the CD. Out of all the review materials I purchased, this CD was my favorite CD. The CD has numerous options for filtering questions...by category, question difficulty, etc. Even if you hate the book, the CD will be well worth the money spent.

Good, clever questions that get you thinking. Actually fun to take the little quizzes that accompany the comprehensive review questions.

Well-written, thoughtful rationales clarify the answers. Plus, the sections are broken down by subject, so this would be good for student nurses preparing for exams, too.

No review content, just tons of questions broken down according to system. This book is no frills, no colors, no author blurbs, just one question after another. The rationales are relatively short but accurate & very useful for learning in week areas. I recommend if you're willing to bang out question after question. Solutions and rationales need to be flipped to.

I liked the book and the questions for the book. I also like the fact that the questions were split up by topic not just all bunched together. I do wish that the rationales were in the same section as the questions instead of at the end of the exam. And the rationales don't have the questions with them. So you have to flip back and forth. I did not like the cd at all. The questions are the same ones from the book. And the reason I bought this book was thinking that the cd had different questions. Plus, there are a lot of bugs in the program. It would get stuck and I'd have to quit the quiz. A lot of the questions didn't cover the topic I was doing. And there is a pop-up window for rationales during the review but it would pop up and cover the question and answer, it would only show you why your answer was wrong so then you have to close the window and select the right answer to see why it's right. Or if two rationales were the same it would only say "same reasoning as answer 2." So then you have to look up answer 2 to see why it's wrong.

Overall I felt the questions in this book were pretty good. I just can't stand how they organized this book. If you lose your place it can be confusing to find again or even find the answers. They should have just placed the answer section right after the content.

This is a good book with lots of questions to help study for the RN NCLEX. It is well organized and easy to use.

The content is good but not as challenging as I expected it to be. It's good for reviewing for class tests, but for Nclex maybe something more challenging may be needed for preparing for tougher questions on Nclex.

My book shipped right out; I received it within 4 days. This is what I like about Amazon. Keep up the good work!

The book was fairly used and the diskette still intact. it was a great buy and very cheap from Amason.
