I am a Nursing Assistant who was first certified 12 years ago with the Third Edition. I was impressed then how wonderfully-illustrated and easy-to-understand this text was. It made learning a new skill that much more easy. Now that I'm supervising refugee and immigrants as they learn the ropes of the profession, I am again using the book to assist in explaining the processes that are second nature to me. It will help them gain the flavor for what I am passionate about and hopefully inspire them to become nursing assistants too. I can't wait to see the newest addition!

i bought is book for cna training and found it very helpful!!! the illustrations and step by step procedures are great
... am just not very sure anyone bothered to leaf through the book before mailing it
i found a couple dried roses, leaves, and note cards as soon i cracked the book open

Item is a textbook - it had good images and instruction. The information was current and it was helpful when caring for my mom at home.
