Virtuosic Pianism,

Some rare gems on this album especially those written for the piano which make up over half this CD's running time. Contrasting styles of Moscheles make this a must for collectors of piano music of this period. The dazzling playing of English pianist Christine Croshaw brings this music to life. Beautiful rich touch and lightning fingers. Playing to be admired. I have heard her on other Meridian CDs...always a joy.
