Meyer lists more than two hundred natural medicines and their properties, as well as common ailments and a natural medicine-based plan for the healing process.I found that this book does contain appropriate recommendations, when using natural medicine. There is some information that I have not found in other " Natural Health" books. On the down side, I found that the amount of information on each topic, should have been a lot more in-depth, and some information;that is, herb recommendations for a particle illness was incomplete. |
