I am a new mom of twins and I received this book as a gift. It is a sweet, light-hearted tribute to all the things that moms do. I also thought the colors were lovely. I came on-line to order a copy for another friend who is a new mom.

These days it feels like life is so busy there's no time for anything... and the only things that sell are BIGGER! LOUDER! FLASHIER! But this lovely little book was given to me as a gift and was such a welcome moment of calm I plan on giving it to all the mamma's I know. From the graceful and simple design, to the sentiments inside I enjoyed the respite for the mad world that Ms. Parker's book provided. I highly recomend this as a gift for any mother who could use a moment of peace in their day!

This is a beautiful and fun gift that perfectly represents the simple activeness that is motherhood. I'm so happy I gave to my mom as an early mother's day gift - and she went out and bought five copies to give to her friends.
