Lindy Bruce is a mother of three children and an Economics and Industrial Psychology major from Stellenbosch University in Cape Town, South Africa. She also has a post-graduate diploma from AAA School of Advertising. Today she is the author of "Motherhood and Me: Learn to embrace what is wonderful about motherhhood and gracefully survive the rest", which was inspired by her personal experiences. She runs regular Motherhood and Me Workshops, and is an inspirational speaker at schools and pre-schools across South Africa.
