My lact consultant recommended this. No one carries it locally. I use this the day before I go to work [part time] up to the weekend. There is a marked increase in what I can pump when I use Goat's Rue.

I have only used this for a few days. I have not noticed increased milk production yet, hopefully that will come. However the drops are the most vile thing I have tasted to my memory. This is probably more effective than pills, but you might actually take the pills.

I couldn't tell any difference in my milk supply after using this. I had better luck with fenugreek. I think every woman just has to figure out which product works for her body. I did like the easy to use liquid ( I hate swallowing pills ), and this product was shipped with a nice colorful catalogue of products for a nursing mother. Great company and lots to offer. They threw in a free sample of nipple ointment.

i have found this product to be very effective. I take a dose at every feeding and find that it has really increased my supply. It tastes pretty bad but is bearable diluted in a couple ounces of water or juice. If you are having problems with your milk supply you should read this book The Breastfeeding Mother's Guide to Making More Milk: Foreword by Martha Sears, RN . It has made all the difference to me and it makes increasing your milk supply and then maintaining it very manageable and practical.

Every woman is different, so you can't really evaluate this project based on whether it "works" for someone. That said, it *did* work for me. I've tried countless galactagogues and this is the ONLY one that made a difference for me. The liquid worked better than the pills in my experience. (I should clarify, I am a woman, I just bought this under my husband's account!)

I had problems with low milk supply and this was recommended. I took it as directed for two months with no results at all.

I used this religiously for three weeks and didn't see any improvement in my milk supply. It was dwindling badly and I was trying to pump for my daughter until she was a year old. But even though I used Goat's Rue along with Breastea, I saw no improvement. A very expensive effort, but not a useful one.
