Was only pumping 1/2-3/4 of an ounce total every 3 hrs and I knew I had to do something to get my milk back. I tried Reglan from the doc's office and it didn't work. Then I found this product. My milk is back in full demand. I am able to get 8-10 oz total a session. Thanks to this product, I went from pumping to just breastfeeding and my daughter only needs one breast each session like when I first started nursing.
I only took this product for 4 days, but did not see a drop in my milk once I got off it and that was 3wks ago. Also do make sure to mix it with 1-2oz of water or juice b/c it is the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted. But hey, you can't put a price or taste on breastmilk.

This stuff is just great!! It really, really helps bring on your milk supply fast! Here is my experience: I purchased this and put it in my hospital bag, [along with a box of Traditional Medicinals Organic Mother's Milk Herbal Tea... ALSO AWESOME!]. I went into labor 2 1/2 weeks early and had had a c-section. My son went into the NICU for 36 hours and wasn't able to BF until 24 hours after being born. I started this stuff 4x day [along with the Tea 4xday] and my milk was pretty much in within 2 days of starting to BF [i was still in the hospital!]. Keep in mind though, hydration is key, so drink your water too - [sorry if this is TMI but for those who have a C/S birth and are really wanting to BF here's a tip:] i was chugging h2o while i still had my foley catheter in and that really helped bring in the milk too. ;) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have used both More Milk Plus and More Milk Special Blend and they are both amazing! I went from supplementing about 10oz of formula a day to not needing to supplement AT ALL in a matter of a couple days! Absolutely amazing! I call this my miracle in a bottle and find it well worth the price to know that I am giving my baby what is best for her, especially during this cold and flu season. The only negative about this is the taste, it is pretty nasty but only lasts for a second and works incredibly. I tried other methods of increasing milk supply and this is the only thing that worked for me.

I'm going to school full time and trying to nurse my 4 mo son. I've never had enough milk for him, and now I can hardly pump anything for him while I'm away. I actually just started this yesterday, and I've noticed a slight increase so far. I'm hoping to be gushing within a week! I've found that mixing the tincture with about 2 oz of very hot water and a touch of honey makes it more than palatable (tastes just like the mother's milk teas)

Believe the hype...More Milk Special Blend does taste pretty awful, like a bad batch of Jagermeister. However, it works, and for me, within hours! My son would normally take two breasts at feeding time. Now he can get away with one.
I am taking one star off because I ordered this item during the trial period which guaranteed 2-day delivery and I didn't receive this product until 6 days later. I think I would have been quite upset shelling out $70/year for a service from this site that doesn't stand by what it promises.

Used this while breastfeeding my second child at the beginning, boy what a difference it made! Wish i would've known about it during my first child and probably wouldn't have had to supplement. My lactation con. told me of this product and it is amazing. I noticed an increase in my supply within a couple days. Yes, it is the worst thing you will ever taste!!! I mixed it with 1 ounce of cranberry juice as my lactation con. suggested and tossed it back and it was much more bearable. I tell any breastfeeding mom about this product, stay strong and get Motherlove!!

I have been using this product for 3 days now and I have not seen an increase in milk production. The instructions say to avoid liquids 15 minutes before and after for maximum results but the taste so bad and strong and it burns how on earth can you take it any other way aside from adding it to a liquid??? I will followup in a week to let you know what happens. At the moment, not impressed.

Follow up Review- It's been well over a week of course. And I have to say it does increase milk production. I have not build up a stash while continuing to nurse my 9 month old.

This supplement really does work. I also take Domperidone by prescription, and the combination of the two works far, far better than either alone. The taste is nasty. You can only take 1-2 oz. of other liquid when you drink this, which barely dilutes the taste but at least lets you toss it back quickly like a shot. If breastfeeding is important to you, it is worth it.

If you've ever taking a tincture form of anything before, you have some idea as to how this will taste, horrible. Because you can't really take it with much liquid I figured it's best to just do it quick and get it over with but man does it have an after bite of nastiness! That being said, if you've made it through the first few days of breastfeeding pain, you can certainly suck it up and choke this down. It gets a five star rating from me because it does what it promises, increases supply. I ordered it to make sure my supply kept up when I returned to work and would be pumping during the day. I started it a few days before returning to work so it had a chance to work and while I only took half of the recommended dose, I noticed it the next day! If you are looking for ways to increase your supply, this is definitely something you should have on hand as part of that plan.

When I had my first baby he couldn't latch properly and my milk supply suffered. The nursing consultant suggested More Milk Special Blend. I have to say it did boost my milk, but ultimately my milk dried up. With my second baby I started from the moment she was born with More Milk Special Blend and I nursed her successfully for 14 months. This is a great product, I don't know what I liked better...I kinda liked the alcohol based version better, just because it wasn't sticky.
