"The Mothers Almanac: Your Child From Six to Twelve" is not just an invaluable resource for parents, it's also a good read. It is loaded with tips for making moments special, for putting values into perspective, for being emotionally supportive of your child, and for streghtening the bond between you and your child. As a parent of three children, I found myself nodding my head, laughing out loud, and reading bits to my husband.

Margueritte Kelly is one of my favorite authors on the matters of childhood! She has so much good, common sense. I would recommend this book to anyone who has chldren from six to 12-years old!
