I think that this is indeed a good and complete car washing kit.
I got this for my birthday... (I love to detail my car) and yeah it comes with everything you might possibly need to make your car shine... The leather conditioner is one of the best conditioners I have ever used.
I gave it 4 stars because:
1.- The shampoo bottle is small... and I mean SMALL... it looks like a shampoo sample.
2.- ONE MICROFIBER? PUHLEASE! at least add 3.
3.- Clay does not come with a protective box like the one that comes with Turtle wax clay.

I've got a boatload of high-end internet only detailing supplies so I didn't really need this kit. However, it was so well packaged together and priced well that I felt compelled to try it. I'm very pleased with the ease of use for all the products. In addition, the size of the spray bottles (24 oz) is very nice as they will last quite a while. Only the car wash is a little small. The wax and top coat go on and off as easy as anything I've tried and leave a very good finish. The tire shine product has just the right amount of gloss. The leather cleaner leaves might be just a little too slick for my taste but it's not bad. Overall, very pleased with the kit and as I stated, it is quite a bargain on Amazon considering the shipping was included in the price of $62.

I bought this kit after a friend of mine had raved about the clay treatment contained in the kit - and given the good price decided to order the entire kit. First of all - this is a huge kit that contains everything imaginable to clean your car and make it look perfect. It is a really good value - especially if you take advantage of Amazon's free shipping. I love Mother's products - and was particularly impressed with the clay treatment. It was as good as my friend said it would be. Very easy and fast to apply - and it strips all the old wax off the car and makes the surface feel like glass. After I stripped it down I put on a coat of Carnuba and the special polish - and my ten year old car looks like brand new. A great value on great products.

Bought this for a Christmas gift for my father inlaw who is a car finatic. He loves Mothers products that why I chose this kit. Unfortunately some of the bottles were damaged and leaking when they arrived causing quite a mess in the box. At least Amazon refunded me some money for one of the damaged bottles but that was before I realized I had 2 damaged bottles!! Oh well.. All in all a good product, they just need to package it better.

 

This is a very ample kit for all you cleaning and waxing duties for all types of paint. Some reviewers state that the car wash bottle is small, but it's actually 32oz, which makes it the largest container of all the products in the kit.

I gave this item to my brother who is a show car enthusiast for his birthday. He was blown away by all of the items the kit contained. My only comment is that it would be nice to have some sort of carrier to place all of the items in other than a brown box with packing peanuts. Then again, I am paying a great price for a high quality product so it wasn't that bad. I think this would be a good gift for anyone who takes pride in their automobiles. The kit includes everything you need to make your car look great! It would also be a good present for father's day...perhaps a grad present for a male. Definitely a good deal.

I won't repeat everything everyone else has been saying, but I will try my best to speak objectively on my experience with this car care kit so far.

What I've used: Car wash, wheel and tire cleaner, clay bar + instant detailer, car wax, and top coat.
What I haven't used: Tire cleaner, spray wax, leather care, and back to black.
The upsides: You get everything you would need to clean up your car except for a fabric cleaner.
The downside: You get everything you would need to clean up your car and then some you might not need.

If you look up the reviews separately for each product in this package, they all score relatively high except for the back-to-black product. Also please note the Wheel Cleaner pictured in the product page is not the one they provide you. Car wash: Works great and suds very nicely. The smell is pleasant. The smell for all of the products except for the waxes are quite pleasant.
Wheel and tire cleaner: Spray on, let sit, then brush and rinse. It can't clean the grime without some scrubbing but works well enough.
Clay bar + instant detailer: Clay bar works great. You can use half a bar for your car. I wish they provided slightly more instant detailer though as they only give you the small 16 oz. spray. The spray smells of cinnamon and was another unexpectedly good smelling product.
Car wax: I can't speak on how well it protects until I give it a couple of more weeks, but it does give the car a decent shine.
Top coat: It's thicker than the car wax and unfortunately I didn't see noticeable improvement when applying this after the wax. I don't need it.

What I think about the additional products I haven't used.
Tire cleaner: Maybe I'll try it, but I don't need to give my tires that shiny look.
Spray wax: Apparently you use it in between waxes, but I'd rather use the instant detailer that comes with the clay bar. I'm not sure I'll really need it.
Leather care: I just haven't gotten around to it, but will likely use it when I get the chance to do the interior.
Back to black: Don't see a need to use this and concerned about the reviews that it drips in wet weather. Summer is coming though so that may not be much of a concern for those in the Northern Hemisphere.

From a value point of view $60 beats what you'd pay to get all of this done somewhere else, but you better enjoy doing it because you'll be investing time. Had it been priced at $50 I would have given it a 5, but because there's a few products in there that I don't really see necessary so I gave it a 4.

I have purchased Mothers products for over 30 +++ years. It is a great product. I usually buy a separate bottle at a local auto shop. I had 2 gifts cert. for Amazon and saw the had a great kit of Mothers product. When I received the product I noticed it had a stain on the cardboard box. I opened it up and saw 2 bottles were leaking. One of them was the Mothers Reflections Car Wax. The cap was loose and the foil on the bottle had came unglued and the wax had came out. Then I noticed the Refections Spray Wax Spray Bottle the sprayer cap was loose and product had came out. This would be a very easy fix, just check the caps and the put the bottles in and fill the box with styofoam pieces so the bottles would stand up right.

The bottles that were leaking should be replaced.

I purchased this "kit" as a x-mas gift. What I received was all the described items stuffed into an amazingly small brown soggy box. No padding, nothing. No joke, you could not get a tighter fit. Unsurprisingly, one of the bottles burst leaving quite a messy affair. The only upside is you get to enjoy the pretty smell without even opening the box.

The box contained everything it said it would and all high end products. The name is well known and my husband was happy to get it as a gift.
