Review
Written straight from the heart of a mother, I found in the author a kindred spirit who has a full appreciation of the art of motherhood. Fleming insists that motherhood is a privileged calling and suggests that moms create a vision of what we hope to accomplish in our families' lives. She realizes that there are many moments when motherhood doesn't feel like much of a privilege, but she encourages women to "take the long view." I strongly recommend this book for moms with children at home. Few books have moved me so deeply. --
