A Good Book That Has Short Romance Stories!,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: A Mother's Love (Paperback)
A Mother's Love is one of those books that has short story romances by different authors. Sweet Companion is by Nancy Lawrence and is a really good romance story. Antony Aylesworth St. John, Fifth Earl of Granfell comes home to visit his mother who has been in bad health for years and he is shocked to find that she appears to be improving but when he learns from his mother's doctor that her young house guest Olivia Charteris and her alternative medicines is why she appears to be doing better Antony is actually not pleased because he is worried that Olivia may be some kind of con artist who is taking advantage of his mother and that maybe her herbal remedies will do more harm then good but will Antony find that maybe he is wrong about her and find the love of his life? Change of Heart is written by Violet Hamilton and in this one Margaret Woodhall is a widow who doesn't like the guy who is courting her daughter and she sets out to find someone better for her and she finds love for herself too. The story called Darling Daughters is written by Jeanne Savery and In this one Lance Atterly is a widowed Earl who wants to find a proper convenient wife not because he wants a wife to love but because he wants to find a woman who will help out with his daughters but he meets Christian Pelling a young woman who could be a great mother for his girls and someone to love. I recommend this book but especially for the story called Sweet Companion.
