Marvelous Insights For Mothers,
By Cynthia DiMarco (Largo, FL) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Mother's Touch (Paperback)
Whether you are a first time mom or the mother of several children, this book will help you learn to teach your children the lessons of life through the eyes of the Bible. I loved it because the author gave practical and easily applicable ideas that can be used daily. She covers topics such as devotional living, children being on loan from God, traditions and family legacies. A must read for all moms that want to rear their children with wisdom and insight.

Mother's Touch,
By Pam Lawrence (Winfield, Illinois) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Mother's Touch (Paperback)
I would recommend this book to "ALL" mothers! I read this at a time when I was questioning God's will for my life. It was answered in this book when He told me to be a great mom. Elise Arndt gives great biblical advice to moms and tells us what God wants from us as a parent. This book was life changing to me!

I was given this book by my mother, who had received it as a young mother herself. I absolutely love it, and find myself reading it over and over again. In fact, I just bought a copy for my sister-in-law. It is encouraging, supportive, and full of practical ideas for living life as a mother of young children. It has ideas for how to share your faith with your kids, for how to handle misbehavior and the inevitable stress that comes along with parenting multiple young children. Get this book and read it - you won't regret it.

I received this book as a gift when my first baby was born. It is such a calming, reassuring book -- absolutely lovely. I consider it an excellent gift (and one I still use!)
This is just a gentle book, written to help moms instruct their children and guide them into Godly paths. I've reread it many times. Its words are comfort for moms.

A Mother's Touch,
This review is from: Mother's Touch (Paperback)
This is an absolutely terrific resource on mothering. In a world that seems to need "permission" to believe what our hearts tell us, this is the book that does it for moms. Author Elise Arndt shares her warm mothering methods & gives courage to the reader to do what is right. I personally phoned the author to purchase one of her books, ended up buying 10, but within months had given them all away to new moms eager to know how to "mother." I HIGHLY recommend this book.
