5.0 out of 5 stars Impressive
This album kicks ass! It practically feeds you energy. It makes you feel real. It awakens you. This is my personal experience of this album ;) My favorite track is "A Story Of.." There is just something so mezmorizing about that track that lifts you on another plane. The whole album finds a way to reach into different emotions while listening to his...

3.0 out of 5 stars Where's the E-motion?
Endanger is yet another lesser-known that I have somehow stumbled upon. It's pretty much straight forward EBM leaning a little towards synth pop. It's not great, but for the most part GOOD. What I like in particular about Endanger are the vocals, with the Deep German voice stylings. Think Depeche Mode meets VNV Nation in terms of resemblance.

This cd has some really...

This cd has some really good songs( "Integrity", "In Silence", "Tempture me" , and "Die Quellemeiner Kraft" ) but most of the others fall just short of greatness. They tend to be quite repetetive and void of any emotion, which makes them get old and boring pretty fast. This might be because the lead singer does not have a fluent grasp on the English language perhaps, because "Die Quellemeiner Kraft" is the best sung song on the album but that will probably improve with experience. It would also help if the band got a little bit more experimental with their sound, rather than using many of the same synths and beats over again to mix things up a bit. But the potential IS there. So hopefully this band wont become an Endangered species.

The whole album finds a way to reach into different emotions while listening to his penitrating voice and amazing sounds... This CD definately deserves five stars and a shot at listening to. It's really inspired me personally and makes me feel ALIVE. That's what I look for in music...

5.0 out of 5 stars Review: "Motion" - Dancing Ferret Discs, February 28, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Motion (Audio CD)
Overall, Motion is a great CD with not only great music but intelligent lyrics! And as they say in the song "Integrity" -- "without MOTION there is no integrity", and this album is full of integrity!! A very aptly title CD, I haven't stopped moving since I turned it on, yes even here at my desk. I'd put this album at the top of the current Elektro evolutionary ladder!

RivetHead (Porto Alegre, Brazil) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Motion (Audio CD)
Great EBM/Industrial debut album from this German band that actualy anyone may enjoy, from die hard "rivetheads" to those that never had the guts to listen this kind of electronic music. The tracks are very groovy making it suitable to any dancefloor. Rouven Walterowicz vocals are hard and dense as it must be to fit this genre, but doesn't have the usual heavy distortion. Marc Pollmann arrangements are quite impressive coz he keeps the genre's feeling without the clichés, in fact it's almost like synthpop, but hard enough to please me, and doesn't sounds as Depeche Mode as you may think after reading this..:-)...it's unique. My favorite tracks are "Inside", "Die Quelle meiner Kraft", "Erotic", "Tempture me" wich has a nice 80' atmosphere that remembers me some cool electronic Brazilian bands. The fact is that I may list all tracks as favorites (ok, I didn't liked "A Story of" too much, it sounds like a "rivethead" love song, I may rate this one as "nice"). It's a "must have" album to anyone that enjoys electronic music and I meant EVERYONE! Just add it to your shopping cart w/ you eyes closed and look forward to their next album coz it may figure at the side of your Aqua or your Front Line Assembly and The Klinik CD's w/ any shame... I'm buying a new one coz my was lost (probably stolen) on a party...:-(
