In terms of construction, this bracket seems decently well built. Overall, it is a decent rack, but I do have a few gripes about this mount:

1: I am hanging a 23" lcd, about 28lbs. Even at the tightest position, the tilt will become loose and lcd will be at the sharpest angle available. I have used pliers to try and tighten the tilt knob and it still gets loose.

2: The concept is good w/ the snap in, I thought it was great until I actually used it. If mount arms straight out, then this maynot be a problem for you. I turned the mount arms about 90 degrees and because the bracket that slides over the wall mount is not completely tight, it causes the lcd to be on a slight angle. Believe me, the wall bracket is installed properly and straight.

I probably will not suggest to anyone I know, but I am stuck w/ it and will keep it. If I see something on sale in the future, I may just buy it to replace this mount for me.

Again, not a bad product, but for what I want to use it for, this not good for me. Hope this helps.

Recently purchased this mount and found that if the TV (23") was not perpendicular to the wall, the TV would tilt to one side or the other. In other words, if I wanted to angle the TV towards my couch which is along another wall, the TV would tilt. I wound up taking the angling mechansim off and just using the actual wall mount and TV mount without the extension piece. This still allowed me to angle the TV both side to side and up and down, it just made the space behind the TV (for wires) less. I probably should have bought the cheaper model since it sounds like it does the same thing as my modification.
Now that it is modified, the TV is level and the mount functions nicely. The mounting process couldn't have been easier. Overall, I am happy with this product.

I'm hanging a Niko 26" lcd tv on this mount (31 lbs) and I must say I'm disappointed and would definitely not recommend this product for anything but the lightest of flat panels.

Pros:
Looks and feels like a solid piece of kit out of the box
Very easy to install - integral spirit level and the one click locking mechanism are excellent features


Cons:
Too much "play" in the hinges - leaves the TV lop-sided if you swivel the monitor to the left or right. If you are not intending to swivel the tv to the left or right you could probably live with this.
The tilt knob is the weakest link in this mount. Made of plastic, it's difficult to get it sufficiently tight to hold the tv at the desired angle while not overtightening (and breaking) the knob.
My issues are not as a result of incorrect installation. It is easy to mount the bracket dead level with the aid of the inbuilt spirit level. If only the tv stayed that way once mounted!

Much easier to mount TV than most mounts because you mount base bracket and slide TV mount with TV attached on the bracket. Most mounts require mounting entire mechanism - cumbersome. Some have complained of TV tilting after mounting and mine did also at first - until I tightened up the 2 swivel joints with the included allen wrench (less than a minute job). Once tightened, TV is perfectly level in any position.

Also FYI - comes with hardware to mount a 100 x 200 mm vesa mount although not shown in pictures.

I have used this product on both my LDC TV in the bedroom and now have something like 10 at work for computer monitors. The home TV was tricky because of the weight causing a little give in the device causing the TV to be slighly angled. I got that work out after about 5 re-adjsutments. The mount was an earlier verion without the level. The ones at work work well. The one change I would like is the hole to be eliptical for adjustments without re-drilling the hole in the wall.

Like other people said, very easy to install. I originally bought a wall mount that didn't have space between the wall and the TV and couldn't use it because the wires wouldn't plug into the back. This one is perfect because you can push it more flush against the wall, swivel it to different angles, or have the TV sticking further out away from the wall. Very versatile and a great price as well.

I had purchased this fo my 20" TV. The mounting on the wall was easy and the item seemed to be well built. But the problem was that I needed to have my TV turned 90degrees to watch it. The turning radius would not allow the TV to be turned more than about 60 degrees. otherwise it is a good product. Just make sure about how much of a turn you would ned before getting this.

I'm anything but "handy." This product was very easy to install--clear, concise directions in English, good pictograms and a sturdy, quality product. I'd recommend this product...

I have a 23" lcd TV, and it looks really good on the wall. The product is what I've expected. Easy to install and looks good. Now I need to manage my cables, but very satisfied with the quality.

I originally bought one of these to see if it was any better than the other ten or so I had already tried (some of them really sucked!). It was to be used in my six year old daughter's room for her (then) 19" LCD/DVD LCD. All of the others had major shortcomings, and I was about to give up when I found this one. Well, I must say...this is the best, easiest to install, and strongest mount I have found. I bought two more (one for my three year old son's LCS and one for the kitchen LCD (soon to be bought). I am now looking for the larger version as this is only rated to 27 inch LCDs.
