Stunning photography, obvious insider putting this together - my husband is a loyal motocross fan and remarked immediately upon seeing the photographer's name. Well done.

The photographers included in this book are the best in the business and some of the images are truly fantastic. I doubt many gen-x-ers will buy this book and appreciate the talent and effort that goes into capturing a still image when they can go out and buy a Travis Pastrana DVD with someone jumping off the grand canyon, but such is the age we live in. Not a knock, just a recognition of the difference between print and video, and who is likely to enjoy which. For those who appreciate motocross as it was in the 70's and 80's and appreciate outdoor tracks more than supercross, I give this five stars. For X-games fans, I give it only three. Therefore, an overall four star rating. For the price, you can hardly go wrong. |
