I ride motorcycles and have found this game to be quite realistic as far as a game can make it. The tracks are challenging for the beginner and expert alike, depending on which track you choose. The track editor makes it a lot of fun to create whatever you would like. This game is simply the most versatile motocross software that I have used to date. I reccomend buying this game if you are serious about riding motorcycles on your PC. I can gaurantee you will not be dissapointed!

I raced motorcycles all my life and this game is the closest you'll come to riding the real thing. They could have added a better track editor and a few more supercross tracks, but they are still very challenging.

This game is endless fun. The crashing alone is worth the price of the game. It runs smooth as glass and looks great on less than top of the line hardware too. Nice to find a game anymore that doesn't require a P3-600 or better like the new games do.

If you like dirt bikes, THIS IS THE GAME FOR YOU!!!!! I bought this for my grandson last christmas. Him and I have had so much fun with it. It is habbit forming, can't stop playing it, way to many late nights LOL. Buy it you'll LOVE it. P.S. grandson is 5yrs. old, he can get around the game just fine by himself!!!

This game surpasses any motocross racing game in Maneuverability,Graphics, Fun, & Comedy.

I used to play this game all the time for several years. It was Non-stop fun until people began to purchase Motocross Madness 2 and Motorcross madness 1 lost its people :(.

I have Motocross Madness 2 and i strongy dislike it. In Mcm2 you can't BARELY LAND anything. Perhaps they made it too realistic.

Furthermore, what makes Motocross Madness 1 fun is its Arcade type of gameplay. You can land almost ANYTHING. Even falling 5,000 ft from the sky. This is what makes this game EXTREMELY FUN and Comical.

In addition, playing it online adds more thrill and adrenaline. You can race Supercross, Nationals, Baja, & my favorite of all Moto-Tag.
Up to 8 players can play. It rarely LAGS unlike Motocross Madness 2. Now i wish everyone can fill the EMPTY Motocross Madness 1 lobbies and play the game once again.

Overall, this is a an outstanding game. Well-made. You won't be dissapointed. :-)

Great graphics, for a game that was made almost 10 years ago. Motorcross Madness is a fast-paced, action-packed game that is addictive and extremely fun. Four events to do, including Stunt Quarry, Baja, National Race, and Supercross. National race consists of about 10 tracks that you won't get bored of. You can also make your own tracks for Supercross, keeping you with something to do, and you won't have to play the same thing over and over. Highly recommended.

I'm a car person, rather than a motorcycle person. Scratch that. I WAS a car person. Car racing games don't even compare to this. Great speed, crazy jumps, and realistic riding. That pretty much sums up the game. I actually felt like I was riding a motorcycle (though for some reason the game makes me feel like i'm downhill skiing.) The race courses are great, and there are so many of them! You can even jump on top of other motorcycles and knock them over (or mess up and knock yourself over!) The bajas are just as good (but I wish there were more bajas.) Stunt Quarry is awesome (you can jump so high, so far.) Make sure you have a decent graphics card (the game isn't as good without one.) Plus, a gamepad wouldn't hurt, either. I'm probably never going to ride a motorcycle, so this game is the closest I'll come. And it sure comes close. At 20 bucks, you won't find a better racing game. Or at 30. Or at 40 . . .

I have owned this game in the past this one was a replacement for my missing game this thing is fun to play,lots of action...

i have had this game for ages now and i never tyre of it because it is just so fun, i am just about to buy mc2 so i can play multi player cause i lost the cd but i am really looking forward to thrashing my friends. once you start playing you are hooked and it is impossible to leave untill you have betten your top score. the only down side is that the results table only has a cirtain amount of space so instead of kicking to lowest result off it just does not add new ones on which can be a bit frustrating as you can imagine. but other wize the whole game is brilliant. I especitally like to jump up on to the outer most edge and drive out a cirtain was and get hit bach a great speed back too the race its great fun.

5 STARS!??? That is crazy! All you do is go around and kill some motorcycle driver. Wait, let me fix that, the guy never is hurt. You can fly off some 500ft. mountain and not break a bone. Second, the game blows you off if you go to far.The people are dots, EVEN CLOSE UP. That is even horrible for win. 95, which is an ancient OS. Get Midtown Madness 2 instead. It's halfway decent for even win. Xp, a current OS. So sad, this game..........
