Relay??? Where is the ReLAY!?

You'll need to purchase a relay to use the remote start properly. After that it's just using a multimeter to find out what goes where. The wiring diagram that is included isn't very useful.

The siren is annoyingly loud. Even after taping over it it is still louder than I'd like.

For the price you cannot beat it. I am using it mainly for the remote start, but the alarm sensors are better than in some alarms, which is nice. Also, the keychain doesn't make much sense unless you go through the manual. I'm assuming it's just a generic remote and they didn't bother to get one that makes sense with this alarm's setup. No big deal really, but annoying at first.

If you want an inexpensive upgrade to your bike this is something you should consider. With proper wiring you can remove your ignition completely, which is probably more of a theft deterrent than an alarm. Again, for the cost you cannot beat this thing.

~My Experience~
I read the other comments and was a little worried about my ability to do this myself, but bought it regardless. I downloaded a service manual from the Internet for my bike so I could study the wiring diagram. Then I studied the pseudo-diagram that the alarm instructions provided. The colors of the BIKE-SIDE wires it said were obviously not the same, if it said connect it with the Brown wire that came from the ignition and went to the CDI, I looked for the color of wire that went from here to there on the Service manual diagram - red/black. So, I was able to install it easily without any troubles. I can say that the remote start wire (blue wire of this product) is according to the instructions go to the "start line". After studying the service manual, I suggest that it's connected to the output wire of the start switch/button (assuming that switch leads to a relay). This will allow the remote OR the start switch to start the engine.

~Review~
Overall, excellent, super-affordable kit that works great. It'll trip the alarm from a small nudge to the handlebar grip, but won't trip from the wind blowing. :) Also, the remotes work from around 100 meters away.

~Recommendations~
I recommend that anyone who buys this to study the kinda-okay diagram provided with it. That diagram makes much more sense while studying the wiring diagram of your bike alongside it. With a bit of patience and confidence, you'll have an alarm up in no time. If you are still psyched out about doing it yourself, taking it to your local motorcycle service shop will work fine, too. :)

This remote will work on anything 12v.
Opened up the box and the instructions did not tell you how to install it other than a wiring diagram, so after ten minutes on YouTube it was an easy install. Note to everyone, you really should only connect the turn signals and the power, so 3 wires of the nine on the harness. Auto start doesn't work unless you add multiple relays but is a bad idea for bikes anyway, and the demobilize function shouldn't be connected either just incase you accidentally activate it on the remote while driving.
So the install actually only took me about 30 mins and was very simple, and it sounds loud, has adjustment for sensitivity controlled by the remote. Worth every penny and leaves you feeling confident when your bike is alone.
