5.0 out of 5 stars M1 Tank, Great and Fun Replica but Durability Dud
As noted the toy is a fantastic replica with great sound and sound effects that add realism to the kids' play; however, after only indoor use, the tank treads have become brittle and have broken in several areas. To make matters worse, I cannot find a way to contact ToysRus, as noted on the box, to inquire about replacement parts. This is very disappointing for a toy...

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing Tank
Each of my two sons received a tank from their Grandparents. Great toy until the tracks broke. After just a few weeks of use they broke into several pieces and cannot be repaired. Kids do not play with them anymore because they do not move. Very disappointing.

This is very disappointing for a toy with so much "promise and expectation of ruggedness"...I mean...a tank...

Bought as an Xmas gift, by June all the sections of the tracks

have separated. Tank is just a thing that makes noise now.

No idea how to repair the treads, won't move without them.

If your little one is a gi joe lover like mine, they will love this. Gives little commands and action sounds. Makes a LOT of noise but my boys have enjoyed it!!

-Fun product. My son really likes the realistic machine gun and cannon sounds. Holds up well to the rigors of "battle"!

This toy has long been a favorite with my 6 yr old. It is loud, has flashing lights when it fires, moves easily across the carpet or wooden floor, the buttons are easy to find and work with, the action figure fits perfectly. We've had ours for quite some time and it has held up nicely under some intense play, including actions of a rough toddler.

It has a mute switch, which is good for parents. It is a really good toy, performing better than we expected.

my 6 year old bought this at a garage sale and it is in mint condition, everything works nothing broken and 1993 was on the stamp on the bottom. I was surprised at the quality of the plastic and the realistic action of the treads. amazing for a 15 year old toy.

I bought this toy to take it apart and use the treads and motors for my newest robot, (however I did play with it a bit first HeeHee!) it looks like it built very rugged, it should hold up well.
