I bought this to connect my Motorola headphones and my 3rd gen iPod Nano. Had constant dropouts every time line of sight was lost, even with the iPod strapped to my upper arm. A major power sucker; I couldn't get through 1 hour without it sucking my iPod dry. Even better, it does not work at all with my 5th gen iPod Nano. I bought a Sony adaptor which works with both of them, and doesn't lose the signal even when I have the iPod in my pants pocket.
