I purchased this Motorola H500 Bluetooth Headset when I upgraded my phone to a BlackBerry Curve 8530. I love this little headset! It was really easy to set up and paired with my BlacBerry on the first try and it has given me no problems since.

It is relatively comfortable to wear as it doesn't actually go into the ear. I have very small ear canals and have been unable to use most earbuds so this is a great product for me. I thought it would be uncomfortable to wear but it has been really easy to get used to and isn't heavy or bulky at all. I still have a little trouble with it slipping once in a while, but I think that is due to user error and not a problem with the product.

I would like to say that Amazon's "frustration free packaging" is wonderful. I liked the fact that I didn't have to get out my knife to get into the product and the amount of packaging was minimal. Keep up the good work with that packaging.

Overall, this is a great product. The price was very reasonable and it comes in a variety of colors. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable, easy to use headset.

H500 is easy to use and isn't expensive. Only four stars because it disconnects from my Blackberry as I try to make a call sometimes. Better to make a call first and then connect, or try re-syncing the device to your phone if you've made any recent phone OS upgrades.

I like how it feels on my ear. The thing that I don't like is the reception quality. This is the first one that I have bought, and was planning on using it with my PS3, but thought i could try it out with my phone first. I am not sure if the problem is with my phone, or the headset. In any case, the only way I can get good clear conversation is by holding the phone close (3 feet) to the piece, which kind of defeats the purpose. Other than that, not bad.

Simply the best Bluetooth head set out there in my opinion and i tried quite a few ! works great

I LOVE this headset because:
- easy to connect
- long battery and standby life
- goes into standby by itself to prolong battery life. 1 click turns it back on synced
- it's cheap
- it uses a mini usb charger (big + for me as you don't have to shell out a bunch of $ is you lose the charger as you most likely have a mini usb cable for something else. I resent the quantity of different chargers I have. Especially when I travel and have to pack them all. Why can't they all be mini usb?

Tip: use silver permanent maker to label all of your power cords.

This was not what I expected. The cheaper ones fit in the ear better and you can hear better from them.
I am still waiting for my refund since sending it back a week ago.

This bluetooth headset works like a charm. I could easily sync up the headset with my samsung att phone. No issues at all. The audio quality was good too. With the frustration free packaging, the price on Amazon was too good to resist.

I actually prefer corded headsets, so I don't use this a lot, but it does come in handy. As long as there's not a ton of wind or extraneous noise, the sound quality seems to be very good.

I've had this for a few months now - the battery life is decent but the audio quality isn't so great in the car and people often have problems hearing me. My biggest gripe is the plastic finish, which chips easily unlike the older models which were more resistant to damage. It syncs easily with my HTC Hero, but I find it gets uncomfortable when worn for long periods.

i have had no problems with this and makes talking so much easier. i use it on my pc. so wires to mess with. best buy i have bought to lose some wires. use it daily. would by it again. easy to install and easy to use. very god
