Not only does the heaset look good but it works great too. The sound quality is great and the other person can hear you just fine. The only not so good thing about the headset is that its not a very snug fit and that the buttons are not that great of a quality..but that may just be my ear.For the price its a great handset.

It have both Motorola's H350 or H500 and both work quite well, fit well on the ear and are not too heavy (like my old Jabra BT800). The problem I have had is when placing them in the Motorola belt pouch (not included but an accessory I like to use rather than keeping the headset in a pocket), both of these headsets will get their call button pressed and make unintended calls. In 2 days, I have made at least 6 unintended calls to 4 different people. I never had this problem with my Jabra BT800.

The quality is ok and you get what you pay for.

Pros:
Long battery life
Long talk time
Good range from phone

Cons:
The sound volume is poor when using on the highway.
The button is difficult to press when the device is on your ear.
Holding the on button will sometimes connect to the phone, and other times it will dial the last contact on my phone.

I lost this headset last week and I'm replacing with the H700 instead.

Fits okay and sound quality is fine. Just turn up the volume. But as for the voice activation...you practically have to shout to get a response, and that response may dial the wrong number as happened to me on several occasions. And don't even think of using that feature on a noisy street, you'll totally confuse it!

I bought this headset because it was on sale at a decent price compared to most bluetooth headsets. I got to say that I am pretty satisfied with the performance of it so far. Long battery life. Good reception even when its in my pocket. Callers have no difficulty hearing me and I have no problems hearing them. If any flaws exist, they are a somewhat loose fit around the ear when you put it on, allthough mine has never fallen off. Also you do need to press down a bit hard on the button to answer calls. Aside from that, its a good working headset. Thumbs Up!

If you don't like things jammed into your ear, this is the perfect bluetooth headset. It actually rests on your ear, but the sound clarity and volume are excellent. It is also very lightweight. It doesn't have a lot of confusing buttons or settings. Very easy to set up and to use. I chose Motorola because it is a company that actually makes cell phones, so I figured it would be reliable. I've had it for 2 years and it still works great and holds a charge for a good week.

Sometimes the voice seems muffled. Volume is good, but when driving above 50 mph, the road noise makes it hard to hear. I love that my hands are free while driving. I got my wife one too and she loves it as well. The talk time is great.

Only complaint is that sometimes the answer button might get pressed causing the last number to be re-dialed again. This happened to me once and my wife got an interesting voice mail about 10 mins long.

This product is very stylish. I have problems occasionally when I push the button to turn it off and it would start calling my contacts. My biggest complaint is that it hangs very loosely to your ear. Other devices have a sound tube that projects into your ear and fits snug. This device is completely supported by the piece that wraps over the top of your ear.

Great product for the price. It works well, and beats using the wired headset that comes with most phones. Motorola headsets are a plus for people with Motorola cell phones that use the USB wall charger because the headset comes with the same wall charger, so you only need to bring one charger for both devices when you travel.

This item is great and I recommend it to anyone who is thinking of purchasing and headset. Although I purchased the blue headset, you are not limited to this color, I would imagine that the black and pink headsets are exactly the same and are just as good quality as the blue headset.
