I really love this piece. I previously used the H500 and it was Ok, but the 700 has exceptional sound quality. I have had none of the problems reported with the microphone resting on my face and causing poor sound quality. I'm wondering if those people didn't buy fakes. There are a lot of them out there and the quailty is poor. I'll vouch for the sound quality of the H700 100%

This unit works well for incoming calls. However, its ability for voice commands is worthless. The unit can not understand the human voice. So you still have to dial out going calls. I still recommend the unit but just don't expect much from the voice command subsystem.

This is the best bluetooth I've owned. The sound quality is fantastic. The noise reduction makes the sound quality better when using the bluetooth than when just using the handset.

The fit around the ear is troublesome. It takes me several attempts at putting it on before I feel like it won't fall off. I wear glasses and at first I thought that would make it more problematic to use. As it turns out, my glasses are what I use to secure it. But that means taking off my glasses, putting it around my ear which I don't always get right on the first try, then putting my glasses back on making sure that the arm is on the outside of the bluetooth. For me at least, it will never be a "oh quick, my phones ringing, grab the bluetooth, put it on and push the button to answer" type of product. But I am impressed with the sound quality on both ends and do not regret my purchase. I have worked around the quirks to make it functional for me.

A good product, clear reception and only complaint is the earpiece is a tad too big for my ear.....but it will accomadate a big eared person so that is good.

This headset has been wonderful. I bought it to help free up my hands while driving my daily commute. I also like being able to see my signal meter and can tell when I am about to drop a call. It is light weight and I it connects with my RAZR almost instantly. Set up was very simple and the battery life if pretty good. It took some time to figure out all the features, but overall it pretty easy to use. The speaker is plenty loud even if there is a lot of outside noise, and the noise reducing technology has been wonderful when talking to other people. Everyone that I have talked to have said they have no problem hearing me even when the wind is blowing or when the window is down.

Packed in original packaging, works great and is very compact. I like the folding on/off option so you can tell when the device is off. Holds a charge for a long time.

I am very happy with this! It is small enough to not be annoying and, unlike what someone else mentioned, it does a good job of hearing the human voice for voice-calling. I love it!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY BLUETOOTH. IT'S PERFECT. I LOVE IT. IT SYNCED RIGHT AWAY TO MY PHONE. AND MOST OF ALL, IT'S MY FAVORITE COLOR. I LOVE THE FACT THAT I CAN TURN IT ON/OFF WITH THE USE OF THE BOOM THAT OPENS AND CLOSES. THE CHARGER IS THE SAME AS MY PHONE. IT'S PERFECT. I LOVE IT

Every time I get in the car it goes on my ear. Its so light I usually forget to take it off.
