5.0 out of 5 stars My fiance loves it
I bought this headset for my fiance to use with her LG EnV3, and it is great. She loves how easy it is to turn on and off with the switch, which prevents it from turning on in her purse like her Jawbone used to do. The in-ear design helps block out noise and helps the speaker be very loud in your ear. Highly recommended if you are in the market for a pink bluetooth...

1.0 out of 5 stars NOT worth the headaches or the money!!
Sorry but I expect better from the name Motorola. In fact, by now they should be the leader in the bluetooth category. STAY as FAR AWAY from these devices as you possibly can. I will no longer be using ANY motorola bluetooth devices as a result of my experience with this one. Plantronics Discovery 975 destroys the competition.

Anyway, on to the review:...

Anyway, on to the review:

I bought 3 of these for myself and my family. They are ALL in the garbage now within 5 months for various reasons.

I will try to be brief. Trust me the time it's taking to write this review isn't even worth it.

Pro's
Talk time is about 8 to 10 hours. Pretty impressive.

Con's

Noise cancelling is a joke on this device. It absolutely does NOT function as advertised. In light wind the person you're talking to will absolutely complain that they can not hear a word you're saying... the wind is actually STRONGER than your conversation!! Unacceptable. Not even close to as advertised.

Rubber ear pieces slip off very easily (we spent a lot of time searching for them in the house when we realized they had fallen off the device), are left in your ear when you remove the device, are extremely uncomfortable due to size, shape and rough/sharp edges (yes rubber sharp pinchy edges). I had to smooth them down with a nail file and once I found ONE that fits the BEST (not comfortable still) I had to crazy glue the rubber ear piece in place so not to lose it. This seemed to help a lot.

Plastic wire thing that wraps around the ear is extremely uncomfortable and if you're a heavy bluetooth user/talker it won't take long for your ear to experience pain from the plastic piece squeezing down really tight around your ear.

If you leave this device on in your ear and listen carefully you will hear a faint digital noise coming from the device. It's kinda like a bleeping sound... like digital morse code type of beeping... dots and dashes... This occurred on all 3 of the devices we owned so it is most certainly a design flaw of some sort. It's ever so faint. However, the problem with this is that after a while of subconsciously hearing this in your ears, when you remove the device from your head completely, you still have the sound in your head. ANNOYING and completely ridiculous Motorola!! come on!!

On of the three, the volume button malfunctioned and was constantly turning the volume UP too high without even pressing the button.

On another of the three the on/off slider switch was malfunctioning so we couldn't turn on the device without tapping it with a screw driver or on a table or something.

ALL THREE of them are now in the garbage...and if you want a REAL bluetooth headset that works reliably you should absolutely checkout the plantronics discovery 975. I use that one now and it's absolutely amazing in every way. I will be writing a review on that as well today.

Not only is this bluetooth pink, but I really like the way it works. It was easy to match up with my phone, and holds a charge for several days. As long as you like pink, I would recommend this item.
