I purchased this phone two years ago and refilled twice with NO problems. I added a Tracfone airtime card two months ago (new phone number) and had continuous Roaming in my home area. I called Tracfone 4 times, was always promised a call back within 48 hours, and was issued a new 'trouble' ticket each time. As of today, no calls were ever returned, my airtime card has expired, my phone STILL displays roaming, and their only suggestion is that I buy another airtime card so THEY can resolve the problem. They have record on my account of only 1 call about the roaming issue even though I was issued 4 trouble ticket numbers. STAY AWAY FROM TRACFONE!!!

I got this for my grand-daughter for Christmas. She just turned 12, and wanted a cell phone. This has many of the features of a mid-range phone, is easy to use, and the prices for minutes are one of the best in the market. I would recommend this for a younger person to get started with cell phones as there is no committment and they have to learn how to budget their minutes and their money.

I ordered this phone for my mom's birthday about two months ago and I wanted to share that she absolutely loved it and what a great gift it made! Thanks Amazon! This Net10 service has saved her so much each month and she even gets coast to coast coverage. The phone is high quality and easy for her to use.
