4.0 out of 5 stars Great Product for the price
I recently purchased this adapter and it works great with my Motorola S9-HD headphones.
Connection is simple.
Range is excellent. I can walk around to different rooms and there is no signal drop up to 20 feet between walls. Beyond that I have not been able to test. Clear sound.

Downside is that is uses power from the iPod which drains the battery...

3.0 out of 5 stars Works well, but drains battery
For the price, it's a good value. It works well with my headphones and with speakers via a receiver. The range is pretty good, it cuts out if much gets in the way, though.
The negative is that it drains the battery. I'm using it with a Nano 2G that's about 3 years old. With regular headphones the battery may last 18 hours or so. With this, it would last only 3...

Connection is simple.
Range is excellent. I can walk around to different rooms and there is no signal drop up to 20 feet between walls. Beyond that I have not been able to test. Clear sound.

Downside is that is uses power from the iPod which drains the battery faster.
The other downside is that there is no built in micro USB port to allow charging while in use. This would have been a great feature, perhaps next time Motorola?

4.0 out of 5 stars Works great with iTouch 1st generation, February 7, 2009

I've purchased a few of these and they work great with the 1st gen iTouch, the new Chromatic Nanos, and older iPod models. It does NOT seem to work with the 2nd generation iTouch (which has the speaker built-in).

So even though it works well, the battery drains too much for me. I've ordered the Sony adapter, I'll see how that performs.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hands free enjoyment!, December 28, 2010

With Bluetooth innovation, we have become spoiled with hands-free phone calls. Now, the same can be said for listening to music on your iPod. This is perfect for the people who hate the dangling cords for headphones. You can run, do housework, lift weights and the earphones stay snug to your ears. Handy to have the iPod in your pocket and be able to work the controls that are at your ears. Top rate, you'll love this.

3.0 out of 5 stars Doesn't work with Ipod touch 2nd Gen, February 27, 2009
This review is from: D650 Bluetooth iPod Adapter (Electronics)
I got this with my Motorola S-9HDs, so I figured I would try it. It paired with the touch easy, and allowed control of the touch from the headset, but music doesn't stream into headset.

I still gave it 3 stars because it was easy to pair it and seems it would work great with a click-wheel Ipod. It really isn't that big either, some other adapters are smaller, but cost alot more.

I purchased this dongle for use with my Motorola S9 headphones and my iPod Touch 2nd Generation, however after receiving the dongle, I was displeased to discover that it DOES NOT WORK with the 2nd generation iTouch. I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 because it paired easily and worked very well with my friend's 80gb iPod Classic.

3.0 out of 5 stars For the car, November 6, 2011

The one I got was black, although it works great when it comes to bringing music through the car radio, it didn't charge my device Ipod video classic ). That isn't really a problem, because my device will go for a while before it needs to be recharged. However, sometimes I have had a problem with the device needing a "break". It gets pretty hot when used for hours on end. I drive a cab, so the device gets alot of use.

3.0 out of 5 stars It's ok for use indoors, December 29, 2010

It's ok for use indoors, if you're planning to go jogging with it, hang the device on your neck then put the device on your back close to the earphones.
