I purchased these radios for me and my sister to keep in touch on our large college campus, which has been successful. They are perfect for outdoors, and the pleasant Disney call tones are hilariously fun. They are very easy to use and run on cheap batteries. They don't work very well in buildings or if you're in a car. They'd be perfect for a trip to Disney World, especially if you want to give your kiddies some freedom walking around the parks or hotels. I highly reccommend them unless you're looking for something with a greater range. These work well within about a mile, but only with minimal barriers. A great item for recreation. Even comes with a lanyard for easy carrying!

We recently traveled to Disney World so everything Disney made my son enjoy the trip more... aside from that, the radios worked perfectly and kept frustrating wait-for-me-at-the-castle meeting agreements from dampening our spirits. Great buy.

Personally I find these annoying, BUT they aren't for me! My girls love them, and play with them all the time. I guess I consider them the best judges... Be warned, you as a parent may not enjoy these, but if you have multiple children of appropriate ages these are highly recommended!

I ordered these to use on away games for our cheerleaders. They work great for tracking who is going where. My five year old daughter, and four year old neice use them as toys. I personally like them because they are cute. I recommend them to anyone with kids, or just loves to feel like one!

These radios are great. I had purchased other radios and I heard alot of people talking on them and cursing.I returned them and ordered these online. The only one minor thing was the Disney character sounds that come on each time you want to speak is a little annoying.It's not a big deal because I rather here that then other people talking on them . So far I haven't heard anyone talking on them, I guess the special feature that these radios have, they are codes you could select to eliminate hearing others on the radios. But most of all these phones were a great buy for the quality.

My girls are three and five they got these at christmas time. we have played with them alote. My friend and I took them out in the city they went about a mile and a half.Its a great buy and lots of fun for your kids and you.

I found these walkie talkies to be very annoying. They have a
voice in them (one of the princesses) that talks every time you
push the button. It was annoying to say the least. There is
no way to shut off this feature either. The instructions say,
this is the same as saying "over". However I would rather say it myself than listen to this same squeaky voices over and over. Plus,you can't talk until the princesses are finished talking. My 4 year old granddaughter didn't like this feature either. She has used our regular walkie talkies and liked them better. This excessive chatting of the princesses is unnecessary.

My son was given these as a gift and loves them! We have to wake him early every day for school and we do it with these. What a fun, gentle way to wake for school. We also use them outside to stay in contact when he's in the park or riding around the block. They give him freedom and me peace of mind. We have NO problems with reception or static. They're wonderful!

I purchased these for my oldest son last year for christmas. We use them almost everyday. When he goes out with his friends bike riding or just playing in the neighborhood I can keep in contact with him. He feels like he has freedom and I know I can talk to him whenever I need to. He loves the disney design and they work really really well. Great investment. They have many different disney characters that alert him when I am calling. The volume control is great and I can reach him when he is pretty far away. (They say a two mile radious and that is pretty accurate). I would buy these again if anything every happened to the ones we already have.

I got a set of the princess ones for my nieces and a set of the action ones for my nephews and a stadard set for my sister and her husband. They love them! The kids think it's fun to play in the yard with them (voices are too cute) and use them to talk to their parents while they walk to school. My sister and her husband love the fact that they are always connected and they can monitor the conversations from their radios. They even bought the same type of set up for a few of their friends.
