I was hesitant to order this replacement ear hook since I had previously purchased a "OEM" replacement that was not the same shape (and is painful to wear). However, this product has the EXACT same shape, color, texture and materials as the original ear hook on my Motorola H500 (also my older Motorola H350). Needless to say, I am very happy with this product and have ordered additional spares in case this product evaporates. If you are looking to replace the ear hook on an H350 or H500, this is the one for you. Still not sure? Look for my photo comparing the replacement hooks at the top of the product page.
