I was hesitant to order this replacement ear hook since I had previously purchased a "OEM" replacement that was not the same shape (and is painful to wear). However, this product has the EXACT same shape, color, texture and materials as the original ear hook on my Motorola H500 (also my older Motorola H350). Needless to say, I am very happy with this product and have ordered additional spares in case this product evaporates. When the original broke, I was at a loss as to finding a replacement, as most
of these articles are obsolete so quickly. Thankfully Amazon had the exact one
I needed, works great.

I have owned the Motorola H500 and liked it because it isn't like other Bluetooth headsets that insert into the ear. When the ear hook was literally falling apart, I didn't want to give up the comfort of the H500 to purchase a new headset. I searched around and found that I could purchase two replacement earhooks for the price of one! The earhook feels just as good as the original!

I was so frustrated trying to use my bluetooth because the ear hook had broken. I was thrilled when I found I could purchase "three" for a minimal price. Now I won't have to replace the entire unit! I love saving money.
