Love this product
I have been using this same type of bluetooth for years and it has worked perfectly for me. If it wasnt for my clumsiness of me washing my first one in the washer I would problably still have the same one. Not only is it affordable but it is clear and fits right.

Painful, loud background noises
This one must not fit my ear correctly because it was very painful when wearing it. Also the caller on the other end said that the background noise was tremendous and they could barely hear me. If you're not in a loud area this unit works great (other than the pain). For some it won't hurt at all. This unit does not have noise cancelling, I just didn't think it would be...

We then switched to the plantronics 510 and it's much better.

I have had this product before and was happy with it but I lost it. So I ordered another one. I put it to charge but it never did. I don't know why, I guess the battery was bad. In any case, wasted a lot of time and also money. The seller return policy says the customer pays for returns which is completely unfair when they send you a product that does not work at all. I sent an e-mail to the seller asking them to pay the $8.00 that the return cost but they did not care. So wasted $8.00 on a $25 dollar product that never worked. Not a good experience.

i like this bluetooth only thing i dont is the the plastic ear piece falls off i have lost it and cant not seem to find another on line but the bluetooth is self is great

ear loop broke with 1 year. Ear molds fall off and get lost. no cheap replacement parts available. Started dropping calls and disconnecting after a year. Finally replaced with a higher priced unit. One plus was it used the same chargers as my phone
