Motorola H385 Bluetooth Headset (Pink)

I've had this headset (in black) for close to 4 months now, and just ordered a pink one for my wife. The first few days it was a love/hate relationship, but in the end I'm quite happy with it. Bear in mind I'm not a realtor, outbound salesperson, etc. who may have to wear the unit and keep it on for hours on end. I'm a guy who talks on my phone while in the car for an hour or so a day.

Some pro's and con's:

Pro's
- This unit holds its charge very well. I charge it once a week, maybe once every other week when I think to plug it in. It's never run low on power. From reviews of other models I've read, I have to think this one is fairly frugal from a power consumption perspective, has a great battery or maybe both.
- The volume at the headset is quite good. It's too loud for me at max. volume.
- People hear me just fine, unless I have a window down. This may not have the greatest noise cancellation available, but if you're driving with the window down I don't care how good the noise cancellation, it's not going to work (if the algorithm has to cancel every note of wind it's going to cancel your voice as well, trust me).

Con's
- This unit is generally uncomforable in my ear when worn for more than 30 minutes or so. It comes with both a round and an oval shape earpiece, neither is ideal for me. Maybe it's something you get used to or maybe I have oddly shaped ear canals, I don't know. I always disliked earbud headphones of all kinds though so it's probably just me, but the bud doesn't fit me perfectly.
- A small complaint, but if you answer an incoming call by pressing the center button on the headset it takes a considerable amount of pressure to depress it, and your ear canal is the backplate to that pressure. The easy solution I've adopted is to pick up the call via the handset as I've always done, the audio path reverts to the headset either way.

At the end of the day, this is a low maintenance headset that's very easy to configure and works very well for me. Through the ups and downs I give it 4 stars and like it well enough to purchase another for my wife...

This was a gift for my girlfriend, she loves it . The size is small and light, easy to use and pair,and sound is great. The only issue I have found is that when you are speaking to someone who is using it, you can hear loud background noises very clear (potato chip bag, motorcycles), if you don't turn down the volume on your phone it can actually hurt your ear.
I suppose that is the price you pay for very clear sound normally. Overall a very good product, and if you shop can be found for $20 or less.

I love this ear piece. It was cheap and works great with my envY 2 phone. It is comfortable and the clarity is great. I will never buy one from the cell phone stores again. The one I bought when I purchased my envY2 was clunky and uncomfortable, not to mention over priced.

this is my second one (my dog liked the first one so much she chewed it up). It has great clarity, easy to use, holds a charge, works fine for my needs. The only downside for me is I have a very small ear canal and the ear piece is a little uncomfortable after awhile

I like this Bluetooth headset . . . it is comfortable and the sound is pretty good . . . especially for the price. My only complaint is that the "on button" on the headset is difficult to press while it is on your ear. So . . . I just turn it on and then put it on my ear. Otherwise it is a good deal for the money.

Great buy, looks great, fits great, sounds great, easy to use and pair with cell phone and others can hear me well. I have a LG VUE and it paired in seconds. While I did not receive the extra ear fittings, the fitting received fits great. I haven't had but two other bluetooths but this is the best one yet. It really is easy to use with simple directions. I would recommend this bluetooth.

I purchased this as a gift and it seems that much of the time now that we talk, I have to press my phone closer to my ear and end up asking for things to be repeated. Sometimes it sound crystal clear, but too many times it's full of static. In the end, there have been several times where the conversation is fine once the bluetooth is disconnected. I would not buy this model again.

The product functions as described, was easy to connect. Listeners can immediately tell when you are on it however, and say it has a bit of a tunnel sound.

This is a great Bluetooth. I had a very basic one prior to this and I am still trying to adjust to all of the great features this one has. It was a definite upgrade for me and has been a lot of fun. The sounds are very clear and I especially love the low battery warning features. The instructions are easy to read - well written. My only complaint is that it is a little loose on my ear, but I have small ears and haven't found any earbuds, etc that conform well so it is a flaw with me not the Bluetooth. ;)

I love this, its pink, just right for me, easy to fit around my ear and the sound comes in clear. Just one thing, I wish it came with those ear cushions, which will make it fit even better.
