this h500 is ok headset, i had few friends complacent about echo sound, and i did try it my self, it's ok not grate from Motorola.

The product looked and worked just fine. Very satisfied with everything.Most earbuds I have had never worked as well as this one.

I HAVE OWNED SEVERAL BLUETOOTHS..BUT THIS ONE I LOVE THE BEST, BECAUSE IT HANGS ON THE EAR AND THEIR ISNT NOTHING STICKING IN MY EAR. ITS REALLY COMFORTABLE & LIGHTWEIGHT.THE QUALITY OF SOUND IS CLEAR. I HAVE ORDERED SEVERAL FOR GIFTS AND WHEN I LOOSE OR MISPLACE ONE I BUY ANOTHER...GREAT INVESTMENT. MOTOROLA H500 BLUETHOOTH. IT EVEN COMES IN PINK. LOL

Great product. This is my third one. I keep losing them because they are so small. They work with every phone I have had.

The H500 cuts out during a conversation and has to be restarted, this is very inconvient when in use while driving I need someone to contact me about this issue Vance

I was very disappointed in this product; it won't stay in your ear and therefore the sound isn't good. I stop using it almost immediately. The only reason I didn't bother sending it back is because - that is the design of the item, nothing to do with the seller. So I just wrote it off. The seller did get the item to me very quickly and it was exactly as described; just not for me.

This Bluetooth that I got form this seller was marked as brand new but when I received it, it was for a third party and used!!! However, the seller did have an "okay" customer service so everything balances out. But still, only thing I want to say is that the seller not sell used products marked as new.....

I had one of these that lasted 4 years before it finally broke. I like the way this headset lays against my ear, not inside of it. The sound quality is just "good", but construction and comfort are exceptional.
