I got this item trying to obey the law and not talk while driving. It was delivered promptly. Instructions included and the blue tooth worked from the get go. Was a cinch to link to my iphone and I tested it within 2 hrs of charging it. I have only talked on it a couple of times so far, but I can hear the other party clearly and they can hear me. Glad I took a chance to try one of these..........this is for vehicle use only.

I got this to match my razor phone. The sound was okay but not great. Technology has a long way to go to improve on all wireless ear pieces.

The product shipped quickly and with a quick charge it was ready for use. It was a gift for my lady and she uses it daily. Now after months of use, it still holds a charge for as much as two days use, which is a lot for my lady... Mine would only need a chage once every four days. The price was right and the product continues to perform like the day we got it.

I got this headset as a gift for my girlfriend, and i must say, im a little disappointed. I have a motorola headset myself, and it works really well. The problem i have with this device is the audio quality. When i am talking to my girlfriend on the phone while she is using this, it is difficult to hear her. If the audio quality is poor, any other functionality that this device possesses goes out the window. I dont believe that the price of this device should result in poor audio quality. I got an oem version of the H710 for around the same price and have had no complaints about the audio quality.

Purchase this one for my girlfriend's palm treo 680. It works just fine. Cannot call using voice tag since the phone do not support this feature but everything else work just fine

I bought this from amazon and it was a gift for a friend who helps me around the house and I noticed that she had to run to her cell phone all the time to answer it, so I bought this for her to eliminate the running back and forth. She uses it all the time and is really pleased with it.

Okay, I primarily bought this headset because of the color, however, at this point, I don't even know where it is; and I don't care. I stopped using it after about a week because of it's terrible design. The way the ear loop is designed, the headset can't even lay flush against your ear. It kinda sticks out at a weird angle so you can barely hear anything at all thru it. I had to hold my hand over the headset so it would be close to my ear. Also, it seems that if the battery runs down all the way, you have to go ahead and reprogram it with your phone again. Next time I'll spend a few more dollars and get a better product.

For the price, this headset will "do" and it connects OK for making calls. This headset is made for making calls not so much for music. Here is why: Most all cell phones made today have BLUETOOTH 2.0, however, most older phones do not have BLUETOOTH v2.0 with A2DP. The phones that I found this to work great on with music are Nokia 5130 XpressMusic and Nokia 5530 as well as Motorola ZN5 (Zine) (these models do have BLUETOOTH v2.0 with A2DP). The v.2.0 with A2DP work as phone calling headsets and music headsets. Note that no bluetooth will work on a phones FM radio because these need a wired headset as an antenna. However, these will work on Slacker Radio and other internet radio stations. Until I bought this set and later researched on the internet, I did not realize that for music to play though a headset the phone must have BLUETOOTH v2.0 with A2DP). This is why my older Samsung Beat phone allows this bluetooth for calling only and will not allow me to play music through my Moto Bluetooth headset. For the money, this is a good headset, but the phone must have the BLUETOOTH v2.0 with A2DP to work on both calling and music!
