Pros: Slide on/off switch, multi-color indicator light, mute/unmute call, answer/end/reject/voice dial call from headset, volume up/down, compatible with call-waiting, can disable indicator light, comes with household wall adapter to charge it, and more color choices than other models (I like the pink). It also paired easily and work well with a RAZR V3m.

Cons: Sometimes it doesn't stay in place well on the ear (I was able to shape the ear piece a little which helps!), packaging should have explained features better, and sometimes static. I later noticed that the static was only in places where I didn't get as good of signal on the phone.

I found mine for $29 on sale so it was a good value for features and price. It is a safer alternative than using a handset in the vehicle and more convenient than using a handset in the house.

This might look pretty in pink, but it does not sound or function pretty in pink.

It does not fit on your ear very well and actually swings off when you move your head around.

The call pickup button stopped working and it does not always connect to a call just by pushing the blue tooth pickup button.

The only thing good about it, is that it sounds good from your end, but the perople you call can hardly ever hear you.

THis is not a good product at all.

I have this Bluetooth, though not in this color. It is the largest Bluetooth I've ever had, and that's the problem. It does not stay on the ear. Whenever I wear it, it flops all around terribly. The first day I wore it, it fell off of my ear 3 times. It ended up badly scratched, as it hit the asphalt twice, and I stepped on it once. I guess it sounds ok, but that's irrelevant if it won't stay on the ear.

My wife loves that it is small and pink. Im glad I got her a bluetooth she would love!

I really like the fact I could turn this off and on so easily,
but then my joy was changed to sadness when everyone said
they couldn't hear me very well when I was using it.

This is the second one of these I've used. I lost my first one and tried several others that just didn't work as well as this one. For the price you can't beat it. Easy to use. The only down side is that it doesn't seem to hold it's charge very well. I end up recharging it nightly even if I haven't used it during the day.

I bought this strictly because it's pretty.
Unfortunately, it's not very comfortable and doesn't stay in place (within the ear).
Even with these shortcomings, I still glad I got it because...it is pretty!

I am fairly satisfied with the Motorola H550 Bluetooth headset. When speaking into it, it sounds muffled to the other person. I already had a Motorola H550 Bluetooth headset and have been very happy with it so I ordered one for my wife. Not all Motorola H550 Bluetooth headsets are alike apparently.

When purchasing a new product, one expects for it to be in a new condition. New products typically come with all of their accessories. In the past I have purchased a 550 headset from Walmart. The headset came with 3 different earhooks (s,m,l). This product did not come with the extra earhooks. They have the old saying: caveat emptor. Technically I could have read the other reviews concerning the dissatisfied customers who also did not receive their earhooks, but I guess I expected too much? In all fairness, the vendor did allow me the option of returning my merchandise and ordering a different style of headset. My actual rating for this transaction is a 3.5, but as a 3.5 is not an option, I bumped it up to a 4 out of respect for the vendor.

I got the item in record time. It works great so far. Love the color, if I miss place it, you can find pink quick. It is light and very handy. I can hear just fine on it, it does not have a snugg fit on the ear though.
