I purchased this bluetooth headset 3 months ago and I love it! It is one of the most comfortable ones (I tried about 4 others), small, and great sound quality on my end. The only complaint (and it is actually my husband's complaint) is that to him, I sound a bit muffled. However, no one else has noticed this (and I have asked). Has great range and feels very secure in my ear. Plus - gotta be honest - it looks snazzy!

I purchased this as a replacement for a Jawbone that was horrible. I have been through several bluetooth headsets in the last 2 years and this one is hands down best right out of the box. Sound quality is awesome, no one complains that they have a problem hearing me. I don't know how long this one will last but hopefully longer than the rest i have purchased.

I love this headset. It is extremely reliable, and very discreet unlike some of the other ones that look like you have a big black growth on your face. And of course aesthetically, I think it's the best looking headset on the market better than the overrated jawbone. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the fact that the earpiece doesn't quite fit perfectly in my ear. But I do have very small earholes. Otherwise I highly recommend this product.

This is one of the top Consumer Reports rated bluetooth headsets. It works great. Found it at a third of retail on Amazon.

My husband purchased this headset for me about six months ago and I loved it, but from the start it sometimes had trouble charging. I would have to wiggle the USB charger around once I connected it to the case for it to start charging. However, now it will not charge at all. I have looked numerous places to find some solution for this issue and have not been able to find one, so now I'm stuck with a "cute" non-functioning headset.

This is my first bluetooth headset so I can't provide info on comparisons to other models. I have a Motorola Razor phone and this headset was easy to set up and pair with the phone. Generally the quality is good when making and receiving calls. I do experience crackling interference occasionally. People have commented how clear I sound when using this headset. Have to say, it's nice to be rid of the cord tangles I've had with other headsets. It's lightweight but the earbud does become a little uncomfortable for me after a while, but I have small ears.

Nothing in the product description prepared me for the surprise of finding that this product is a "Communication Set for Her." It comes complete with a pink earbud, and the packaging is rife with gender specific marketing cues, all of which have been curiously and misleadingly eliminated from the Amazon materials, yes I went I back and looked. I guess the little design highlight curlicues on the silver body may have been a clue, but they are much more prominent on the actual unit than in the picture.

The unit itself is also curious. It comes with a ridiculous charging case so that is an extra thing that you are going to have to take with you when you travel, and the charger itself is gigantuan. So to be clear, there is no way to charge this thing without the superfluous case. One more thing to carry, break, or lose. Too much junk to keep track of.

It also comes with a bunch of adapters for foreign power supplies. How strange.

And a nice silver cloth pouch with matching design curlicues.

And a great big full booklet manual with super tiny print.

The unit works passably well for one without noise reduction. On a test call my wife was able to understand me over the stereo playing at comfortable listening volume, however she could clearly hear the music in the background. I could hear her fine. About par for the course for an inexpensive unit. It paired easily with my smartphone and has intuitive controls.

I did do research before selecting this headset and don't let the low price-point fool you. I've had it for a little over a year and it has more than lived-up to the high reviews I've read...from both consumer and "techy" sites. The sound quality is amazing...according to friends, it's as good as talking directly into the phone. I've had none of the problems that other contributors have experienced and highly recommend this product. I "deploy" it every time I get in my car but only need to charge the battery every other week, or so. It's a high quality product at an amazing price (and it looks good, too!)

This is the best blue tooth device I have ever owned. The sound quality it terrific- and the fit is so comfortable you hardly notice it there. I have tried numerous ones out there, and this is by far the best. A definite keeper!
