SUMMARY: Love this headset. Only wish the volume was louder for me and my listener! Looking to trade up to one the same size with better volume.

PROS: A very good, but, not great headset. Long talk and standby times. Extremely small and light weight unit. Can leave in ear for extended periods without discomfort. Quickly connections to bluetooth phone. Easy to operate. Charges in under 2 hours in charging case. Charging case and cable small enough to drop in purse or brief case and take anywhere! Headset is about the length of a AAA battery as shown in the photos I uploaded to Amazon. Much lower cost than similar headsets with same features. They tend to be larger than the H685.

CONS: Must charge in case. No opening to connect charging cable directly to the headset. This is a sacrifice to allow the unit to remain extremely small which is a plus. Volume is low. I have a difficult time hearing when inside a car which is the only reason I bought this unit.

I recently purchased this item from a particular vendor and the volume is very low. You can't hear in the car very well. I think had I purchased it from [...] or another vendor where the price wasn't so low, the quality of the volume would have been a little better. Beware of 'White Box Pack' purchases.

Living in windy and mountainous spaces, its hard to find a reliable bluetooth that doesn't sound like its underwater or loses words in wind...well finally I have found it! This is one powerful little gizmo and it has reduced down time and broken conversations to almost nil-even in 50 mph winds driving over mountains. The first one didn't work but the company sent us a new one which we received in an expedited manner. Highly recommended for those who travel the dead zones and wish to be clearly heard on a reliable headset.
